I’m Binal Kamdar, a Learning & Leadership Training Facilitator passionate about transforming play into powerful learning experiences.

I design and deliver play-based training programs that spark creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning; whether in corporate boardrooms, teacher training workshops, or classrooms full of curious children. Using the power of LEGO®-based Play, I help people think, communicate and solve problems in engaging and meaningful ways.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve facilitated transformation across teams and learning communities worldwide, impacting 800+ professionals and educators across 40+ countries through LEGO® Serious Play®, Six Bricks, and purposeful play-based facilitation.

As the Founder of TeachSTEAM, I lead a movement that brings playful, hands-on learning to teams, educators and children globally. I also represent India as an alumna of the U.S. State Department’s IVLP Program, the Vital Voices Visionaries Fellowship & Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program.

My mission? – To make play a purposeful force for learning, leadership, and lifelong growth.
