Collaboration Spectrum Comes Alive with Six Bricks in Bali

On 19th August 2025, I had the privilege of co-conducting a 6-hour corporate workshop for 25 High Potential (HiPo) leaders of Ruder Finn Southeast Asia in the stunning city of Bali, Indonesia. Together with my dear friends and fellow facilitators, Joe Chan 🇭🇰 and Vicky Lo 🇲🇴, we explored the Collaboration Spectrum—a 7-stage process that maps how teams move from simply working side by side to truly co-creating with impact.

But this wasn’t a lecture. Instead of talking about collaboration, we played through it. Using the Six Bricks methodology, every activity transformed abstract concepts into tangible, hands-on experiences. Leaders reflected, experimented, and discovered how simple tools could spark creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in powerful new ways.

One participant shared, “I’ve never been this engaged in a workshop before.” That’s the magic of play—it doesn’t just explain collaboration, it lets you experience it.

We also received wonderful feedback from both Elanshou Singapore and the CHR, who highlighted how this learning-through-play experience was excellent for their HiPo (High Potential) team. They appreciated how the session blended serious leadership lessons with playful exploration, leaving a lasting impact on the participants.

This workshop was more than training—it was an immersive journey into leadership, connection, and collective creativity. Truly, when play meets purpose, learning becomes unforgettable.

👉 If you’re looking to design a transformative learning experience for your teams or leaders, I’d love to connect. Let’s explore how playful methodologies like Six Bricks can unlock collaboration and innovation in your workplace.
