Built on LEGO® Serious Play®; a globally validated approach grounded in 25+ years of research and developed with IMD Business School, Switzerland; it creates the conditions for every participant to think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and contribute meaningfully; regardless of their role or seniority.

How a Session is Designed?

What happens in a Play for Professionals session?
A question is posed, and everyone builds an answer using LEGO® bricks, individually with no discussion. Every build is then shared and every perspective enters the room. Next, individual models become collective ones, stories are built together, and what the group knows collectively becomes visible for the first time.
The result is something conventional training rarely achieves: a room where the senior leader and the newest team member are equally heard, where abstract problems become tangible and where insights stay because they were built by hand, not received by ear.
The facilitator’s role is to design the conditions in which people surface what they already know and discover what to do with it together.
