Binal has spent over 20 years designing and delivering experiential programs for corporate teams, educators, students, and professional communities; across India, Singapore, Indonesia, and beyond.
She is an alumna of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) 2024 and the Vital Voices Visionaries Fellowship; recognised for her work at the intersection of play, learning, and leadership.
She loves working with people and her driving force is the moment when a participant shifts – when someone understands themselves or their team differently, when they learn something new about themselves, when they are surprised. Play is a vehicle for these transformations and this shift is what makes Binal’s work unique.
Her vision is to be recognised globally as a preferred learning and leadership facilitation practice. She aims to cultivate a global mindset where play is taken seriously as a way to think, collaborate, and grow.
